Misplaced Childhood

Well, I guess once a month is still regular, right?

It's not as if you can blame me either. There was the pressure of me getting picked to do the secondment, ok?! Then the worry of figuring out how to actually get to nigh on Dartford every bleedin' day. Sheesh! You really don't want to read me wibbling about the relative merits of the A2 and the A232, fuel consumption and average speeds during rush hour, right?

Then there was Knobworth, where they have a thing called a Sonisphere. It's a hard rock and heavy metal festival, and I long ago decided to keep such stuff in a separate blog to protect the more sensitive of you from my feelings on such subjects. Suffice to say it was very heavy, in a sort of rocky, metallic, sort of fashion, (or complete and utter absence of fashion if you prefer), despite being something of a chore for one reason or another. If you're interested in such things you may be delighted to learn I kind of got stuck at 1986 in the metal blog, which is rather ironic enough to merit a chuckle or two in itself.

Then of course there is the powerful fecundity of my testicles, a subject that never fails to horrify the good folk of this country who fear they may be fertilised by the power of my sneezes, or a particularly firm handshake, such is my intense fruitfulness. Fingers crossed for a February hatching...

Mind you, it's not as if the first one came out so bad, is it?
